Followup Efficiency: Knowing who we need to reach out to and when is very helpful when managing multiple contacts and leads. We compile contact information and organize people based on industry and title and can easily browse in order to determine who to invite.
We also use it to keep track of communications in a common place. Our purpose for its use is not strictly sales, so to still be able to use it in a way that's organized and provides all the information we need about an individual is very strong. Browsing through large groups is fairly simple. I can create custom filters to sift through the entire database and find a custom list of people whom I want to contact.
It's very simple if you know you only want to find people of a certain type or who you contacted within a certain amount of time. I like the ability to create tasks and events tied to specific individuals I'm in touch with as opposed to an unorganized To-Do list. It's easy to know when to follow-up, contact, etc. The ability to BCC PipelineDeals so that all emails or communications are linked with that individuals specific file works well and could be very useful to many individuals.
If this functionality exists and I'm not proficient with it, I'm not clear on the best way to keep it all organized and it isn't obvious. We implemented at a company that has a tremendous amount of leads coming in from a few automated sources, but also leads input from various personnel. We used every single module of PipelineDeals CRM because issues from lead generations to sales fulfillment and future customer follow up were critical to the success of the project.
Everyone will need to modify the system to fit their business profile, and the ease of modification is important, but the real key is the ability to easily manage the system and the extensions you've put in place. PipelineDeals CRM is very responsive and very good, and they didn't waste our time making us go through multiple levels of support to prove we actually had a problem. There weren't many issues, but the ones we encountered were addressed quickly, and they spent time with us on things that we weren't clear on, even providing some direction on the best way to set up categories of users, products, tasks, etc.
Comprehensive nature - we tried other services and found that PipelineDeals CRM did a good job of handling leads through sales and customer follow up. Other services were heavy on lead management or pre-sales functions, or helping with information related to sales activities, but did nothing to support after-the-fact operational personnel. What they provide works out-of-the-box. Integration with other solutions. Better Customer Service - if you have all history and tracking and support information in a single place, your customer and prospect interactions are going to be much better.

For data entry, we use the Contact Importer for Chrome and Outlook plugin features. Another plus point is the superior customer support. While other CRM companies tell you to use the knowledge base, Pipeline Deals offers live phone, live chat, and email support. We are also encouraged to use Pipeline Deals because of this excellent customer service. CONS: There are a few minor glitches: recurring tasks cannot be created quarterly and there is no Hubspot integration, but the Zapier integration works well. Plus, the mobile app can be a little slow to pick up updates.
PROS: This software helps me to keep track of all the deals by assigning documents, email, threads and contact information of the client. Thanks to sales dashboard I can see all deals ordered by stages and percentage, so I can see how much progress we had last month and how much work we have in coming period. All in all, Pipeline Deals saves us a lot of time when we need to see the whole activities throughout the year and previous months.
CONS: In my opinion, they need to work on their upload or attach section. It would be great to select multiple files at once and to upload them automatically. Otherwise, uploading the files and attachments separately is time-consuming. PROS: I love the ability to create my own task templates. The system is easy to use. The system itself is very solid, quick and intuitive. Reports and interfaces are customizable, so the system can be run by everyone. Their support team is great as well.
Also, I cannot load external widgets in frames into the pipeline dashboards. Even with multiple users, we have access to the same leads but we still have our own lists. All members from my team can use the same leads without interacting with each other. On the other side, I can set appointments and notes and share with others so we can work on the same lead list together.
The software helps us to work more productively and to reach other territories at the same time. CONS: When it comes to importing leads it can be a little messy. Thankfully, their customer support team worked on the issue and helped us to separate those two lists and prevent any loss. PROS: This software gives you great features and user-friendly interface, their customer service is awesome.
It gives me the ability to create lists and views of all my data. I can store data and deal information in one place and use the filtering or column selection to view the data I need. Thanks to activities area we can now collaborate with my team more easily. Also, I love the ability to send emails directly from the platform, thus, it makes the communication with my clients easy and effective. Integration with Google Calendar is very effective because helps us to keep track of our work, tasks and all our data. My team use this software to stay in touch with our customers and to keep track of their progresses and to find solutions or even potential deals. We love the reports we get in the morning, showing us the previous activities on the CRM. However, we can use these 2 products separately in the same time, but in the future we are going to need integration with Zendesk if we continue to use Pipeline.
